Our mission with the Enterprising Women of the Year Awards Celebration is to showcase the outstanding accomplishments of a remarkable group of women entrepreneurs. The event also provides an opportunity for the Enterprising Women National Advisory Board to meet. This board is an impressive group of leading women entrepreneurs, the leaders of nonprofit organizations working to support women’s entrepreneurship, and leaders of Fortune 500 companies with strong women’s business initiatives. 6th Anniversary Enterprising Women of the Year Awards in Orlando Florida Women from all over the U.S. will gather and to represent associations such as Enterprising Women, Enterprising Women National Advisory Board, Women Presidents' Organization, Women Impacting Public Policy, WBENC, National Association of Women Business Owners, Business Women's Network, Diversity Best Practices, eWomen Network, Center for Women's Business Research Board, and Women's Leadership Exchange Board. Partner organizations are co-sponsoring three one-hour workshops: - Building a fast growth business, hosted by the Women Presidents' Organization.
Marketing strategies that set you apart from the competition, hosted by the National Association of Women Business Owners. The 2008 elections: How women entrepreneurs can impact, hosted by Women Impacting Public Policy.
Awards Gala Dinner Open to all attendees and guests, this gala dinner will honor our 2008 Enterprising Women of the Year Award winners and finalists and pay tribute to all past honorees. Procurement Breakfast Enterprising Women and WBENC (the Women's Business Enterprise National Council) will co-host a procurement breakfast, featuring representatives from the Fortune 500 companies that are sponsoring the awards event or partnering with Enterprising Women. This sounds like it is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy breakfast while networking with other successful women entrepreneurs (EW Board members, award winners and other dynamic women) and meet corporate representatives who want to do business with your company. |
